The cooking course may last one or several days, it is up to you. You can decide if you want to prepare your Italian meal in the morning or in the afternoon.
Morning classes: 10 am to 1 pm to conclude with the lunch
Afternoon classes: 4 pm to 7 pm to conclude with dinner
We start the lesson with an “aperitivo”, a starter, when we will describe the recipes we are going to learn. We continue with the preparation of the menu that includes a starter, a first dish, the main dish with side dish, and the dessert.
Of course with the lunch or dinner there will be water and wine and we finish the meal with a cosy espresso.
Each student will get a booklet with the description of the menu with the secrets to make it really authentic.
Three-day course
